You are eligible to apply for Singapore Permanent Residence if you fall under any of these categories:

►  S Pass, Employment, Entrepreneur Pass, or Personalised Employment Pass holders.

►  Spouse of a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR).

►  Child of a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident who is unmarried and aged below 21 years old.

►  Aged parent of a Singapore Citizen.

►  Foreign student must have resided in Singapore for at least 2 years and have passed at least 1 national exam (i.e. PSLE or GCE ‘N’/’O’/’A’ levels) or are in the Integrated Programme (IP).

►  Foreign investor in Singapore.
