No, if your children are above 21 years old, they are not eligible to apply under your sponsorship. They will have to apply for Singapore Permanent Residence (Singapore PR) based on their own merits.

Yes. You may leave your children out of the application. However, it is advisable to include your whole family to increase the success rate as the government will see them as potential contributors to the society and the economy in the future.

Each individual case and scenario is unique and complex. In the event that your Singapore Permanent Resident application was rejected, we leave no stone unturned in isolating the problem and reanalysing your profile to help you with your appeal.

Yes, you can definitely proceed with your plans to change job especially if it is a better offer while waiting for your Permanent Resident application result. However, we should encourage you not to change jobs too frequently as it would portray to the government that you are not stable in your employment which may lead to a rejection. There are several documents to update ICA. We will continue to assist our clients in the post submission procedure, so do not worry as you will be in safe hands under our care.

Yes, you can apply for a Dependent Pass or a Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP) for your parents if you are a Singapore Permanent Resident.  This will allow them to stay in the country for a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 5 years, depending on the decision by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA). Prior to expiry date, you will have to renew their passes. You can submit a PR application for your parents as their sponsor once you are a Singapore Citizen.

We may exclude your son in your Singapore Permanent Resident application. However, your chance will be higher if you include your son as the Singapore government sees your children as potential contributors to Singapore society and the economy in the future.

There will be consequences if you renounce your son’s Singapore Permanent Resident status to avoid the National Service liability. We would recommend you to exclude your son in the Singapore Permanent Resident application if you do not want him to undergo National Service.

You may receive a rejection for your renewal application if you do not stay in Singapore for a period of time after being granted PR status.
To the government, it is important that PR’s integrate and live in Singapore society as a contributing member.
